Gnarliest Injury: Taking a single pipe skim rail that was falling apart to the crotch, resulting in a very scary and quite bloody trip to the hospital and then nine stitches on the frank. Luckily though, if you’re wondering, all is still good and it definitely could have been much much worse.

Best Accomplishment in Your Sport: As far as competition goes, got 2nd place at the Switch Tide Slide in 06’, and top 7 in a few other events since then. As far as accomplishing something, teaching kids in our summer camps how to ride and helping getting them stoked on skimming has been super rewarding, as well as putting on a successful annual skim competition at Dash Point for the last four (going on five) years.

If you could travel to one place on Earth, where would it be, why would you go, and if you could only take one person who would it be: Some beaches in Australia or the Alps in Europe, both would be epic, take the girlfriend Eliza.

Couldn’t Live Without: Water (drinking water, streams, tide pools, lakes, snow)

Hobbies: Chilling out, photography, Church, longboarding, keeping it real.
