Return Policy:


Normal Return -

Unused products in original "new" condition with all tags in tact can be refunded within 14 days of the delivery date. The original shipping and handling fees, however, will not be refunded. Used or worn merchandise will not be accepted. No returns will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D., shipping must be prepaid. Items past the 14 days of receipt or delivery will be given consideration for a refund (unused/unopened products) at our sole discretion. Please note that customer must pay the return shipping. Call or email us BEFORE you send your return in.

Bogus Product -
Defective items can be returned if we are notified within 48 hours of the receipt or delivery. In the case of a defect, we will pay the return shipping. If you recieve an item you didn't order or if it was damaged in shipping please call us immediately so we can get you a replacement as soon as possible.  If your products were damaged by the shipping carrier, please save all packaging that the damaged item was shipped in, as we often need photographs of the damage to the item and package.

Dictator Status -
We will not accept or refund any items returned more than 30 days from the receipt or delivery. After the standard 14 day return period through the 30 day period we retain full discretion in granting refunds or exchanges, or credit requests.

More Return Policy Info -
We will issue refunds once items have been received and determined undamaged. We will notify you once we have issued the refund. Refunds may take 4-7 business days depending on your financial institution. If damaged or deemed to be in a condition other than new you may be assessed a fee and refunded the remainder.

Don't Forget -
Refunds must include a copy of the original email invoice and reason for the return or credit. An insured/trackable shipping service is required. We do not require a RA (Return Authorization)...just make sure your reciept is included or we cannot track and process your refund.

  • Merchandise must be returned in original condition.
  • You will need to pay the shipping costs on a normal return.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date received/delivered.
  • If you receive your gear and it is messed up let us know within 48 hours.
  • After 30 days you may be out-o-luck for a return

Exchange Policy:


Swip Swap -

You can exchange for a different size of the same style item or for an equal value item in a different stlye/color.
