Kyle - As mentioned in my earlier comment below...we only have this hat in the two sizes. Unfortunately, the manufacturer of the hat itself only makes it in those measurements. We are looking into offering some new hats in new sizes now so keep your eye out. Thanks for the good words and your support!

Is there any way you guys can make these hats in smaller sizes i wear like a 6 and 3/8 which is a lot smaller than your sizes. I love the the company and all but I have a small head. I really want a hat.

Hey Ethan...thanks for checking. We only carry the Hank flat bill hat in two sizes: 6-7/8" to 7-1/4" and 7-1/4 to 7-5/8" ... My guess is that the larger size would work out for you. There is a very small bit of stretch in it so it should fit well.
